enclosures for swimming pools and patios, aluminum railing for pools
and yards, and hurricane protection for windows and doors.
We offer only top quality products, manufactured in our own
18,000 square foot facility in Miami-Dade County. Our professionally
trained craftsmen are employed directly by Climatrol Quality
Aluminum Products, Inc. – we use no subcontracted labor. Our
engineering is provided by a fully certified, state licensed
engineering firm, also located in Miami-Dade County. This
engineering meets or exceeds the stringent requirements of the new
Florida Building Code, 2001.
We are a fully licensed and insured aluminum specialty
contractor. Climatrol Quality Aluminum Products, Inc., is an owner
operated company, with 40 years of business experience. We are
members of the Aluminum Association of Florida, an organization that
ensures quality work provided by professional and legitimate
contractors, and members of the Better Business Bureau.

Do you give free estimates?
 Yes, our knowledgeable sales personnel will meet with you by
appointment at your home to assess your needs and answer all of your
questions regarding our products and pricing.
What areas do you do work in?
Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties
Shipments and/or installation of our products are available in
some international areas.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are state certified and licensed.

We are fully insured and can offer our certificates of insurance
when requested.
What is the typical installation time
frame?
The general time frame is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from receipt
of the deposit; however, inclement weather and design complications
can add time.
Do you have a Retail Store or Service
Department?
We do not sell materials – all of our work is custom fabricated
and installed by our installation crews.
We service all of our work under warranty only. We do not run an
independent service department.

In addition to cash and personal checks, we accept American
